Delos

Soft hills roll like waves through Delos, their green slopes cradling the sprawling expanse of the Redyip Woodlands. The air here is lighter, warmer, untouched by the unrelenting storms of the mountains. The trees sway gently, their branches laced with Starflowers that glow at dusk, casting the forest in a pale luminescence. Forest Gnomes live in harmony with this land, building their homes high among the branches, their villages connected by swinging rope bridges and winding wooden stairways.   Beneath the canopy, the earth is alive. Bark Hoppers leap between tree trunks, their long tails caressing the bark searching fir vibraflies, while Blacktusk Boars prowl the underbrush, their golden eyes ever watchful. The gnomes gather the sweet sap of the Firethorn bush, weaving it into potent brews that heal and invigorate. They farm in secret glades, where carefully tended plots of Kinalite Grass grow tall, harvested only when its energy reaches its peak.   But Delos has its shadows. The Redcap Gnomes, wicked and cunning, haunt the deeper woods, their burrows hidden beneath tangled roots and moss-covered stones. They steal from travelers, sabotage gnome villages, and whisper dark curses to the wind. Legends tell of their cruel tricks and eerie laughter echoing through the trees at twilight, and even the bravest forest gnome knows better than to wander too far from the light.
