Cynthia commisioned the Redcap Gnomes to build an airship that could be utilized in her campaign to attack Hydri and Skygarde. She helped develop the Last Breath cannisters that could be dropped into settlements to eliminate breathable air and allow her troops to march in. Cynthia had corrupted the Cloudburst Coven and captured its long time leaders. The Shatterbrand was able to stop her in a grand battle that took place at the top of the Quartquell Tower.
