Chief Regrator
Selected member of the Merchant Magnate Guild. Their job is to regrate or buy up commodities in from producers outside Odell. They are the official middle man and can control price and the flow of commodities. Magnates make the decision to adjust prices but if the Chief Regrator deems it too little or too much they get final say. The people they put in charge for the Oligarch usually have similar spending habits to the Chief Regrator.
