Aleazar Celestia
The Waning Tower
A white tower within a commune of the Weave protected by a Deep Quiet barrier. The Dream Herald lives here and connects to the strands to communicate with Twilight. The Waning Tower is connected to the Waking Tower in Greywyn. that place was built as one of the first temples to Twilight. these two towers have a magical connection even though the Aleazar Umbralna has been taken over by wizards and brigands.
The Aleazar Celestia, Dawnlight’s towering cathedral, stands as a monument to the goddess and the dreams they inspire. Its great stained-glass windows shimmer with depictions of divine moments, illuminated by the shifting light of the sun and moon. Inside, the air hums with sacred energy, the prayers of the faithful rising to the high vaulted ceilings like mist. Twilight’s altar, now dimmed, rests at the heart of the cathedral—a crystalline pedestal once pulsing with the light of the Orbicus of Sleep. Without it, the Aleazar Celestia feels incomplete, as if the dream of its construction has been left unfinished. Clerics and acolytes wander its halls, their chants interwoven with whispers of unease, knowing that something beyond mortal comprehension stirs within the Weave.
The Aleazar Celestia, known as the Waning Tower, stands as the gleaming heart of Dawnlight within the Weave. Its alabaster walls shimmer with a pearlescent glow, their surfaces constantly shifting with faint patterns of dreams captured mid-formation. Rising impossibly high into the prismatic skies of the dream-realm, the tower appears weightless, as if woven from the very fabric of the Weave itself. At its apex, an ethereal spire stretches endlessly into the twilight, casting an iridescent glow over the mirrored lake surrounding it.
The Waning Tower was constructed as a temple to Twilight, a physical bridge between mortals and the divine, where dreamers' prayers were whispered into the goddess’s ear. Its halls are lined with translucent mosaics depicting the earliest dreams of mortals, frozen in their purest forms. The air within hums with a low resonance, a constant reminder of the tower’s sacred purpose to stabilize the flow of dreams.
The Dream Herald resides here, presiding over the Weave’s fragile threads. The tower’s innermost sanctum, once a radiant chamber of tranquility, now pulses with tension. The Herald’s influence has begun to warp the Celestia; dreams once woven into harmony now hang in fraying strands from the ceilings, and shadows crawl across the tower’s walls, taking on unsettling shapes. Despite the growing discord, the Celestia remains a beacon of hope, a reminder that the Weave’s balance, though shaken, is not yet beyond repair.
