The military of the Republic of Alcora

Structure

The Alcoran Defense Forces are headed up by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and are organized into four main branches.
Alcoran Land Defense Force (ALDF): Headed by the Chief of Land Forces Alcoran Air Defense Force (AADF): Headed by the Chief of Air Forces Alcoran Maritime Defense Force (AMDF): Headed by the Chief of Sea Forces Alcoran Coast Guard (ACG): Headed by the Chief of the Coast Guard
The Alcoran Maritime Defense Force is split into the Alcoran Navy, and the Alcoran Naval Infantry. ANI units act as the Alcoran Marine Corps.

Public Agenda

The Alcoran Defense Forces are under the direct command of the President of Alcora, barring that, the civilian chain of command falls to the Vice President, then the Minister of Defense.

Assets

The Alcoran Defense Forces are one of the largest military contributors to the Panthalassa Alliance, particularly on the naval and air force fronts.
The ADF is headquartered in the National Headquarters in Athnea, and are one of the major recipients of taxpayer funds in the Alcoran budget next to the Healthcare Service
