Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Alec is in good condition, due to the intense physical and strength training he puts himself through. Elyssia has very low gravity, thus when Alec went off-world he was ill-prepared for the exertion of normal gravity.

Alec is quite tall and lean.
Special abilities
As an Elyssian, Alec has been genetically engineered to be able to breathe air with low oxygen. This means he has increased stamina compared to most humans.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Alec is a curious fellow with an affinity for machines and who desired to travel the stars, no matter the difficulties. As an Elyssian, he had to train to be able to leave his low-gravity world. He also owned a telescope, which is forbidden on Elyssia-A.
Employment
Alec maintains the systems on board the Extra-Galactic Observatory. He is fond of saying that he hasn't met a machine he can't fix, other than quIRK. He assists in everything from custodial matters to providing help to the scientists when they needed to upgrade the telescopes. He also takes care of the station's two cats, Lepton and Muon.

Alec cannot comprehend why quIRK would have a favorite color, especially one as intangible as antiblue.
Intellectual Characteristics
Alec is more clever than he looks. He is able to troubleshoot most mechanical problems, and create solutions to them.
Morality & Philosophy
Alec is good-natured and while he enjoys playful needling and banter, he would never knowingly hurt another person. The exception is quIRK, as he enjoys giving (and receiving) endless abuse to the computer.

Alec's main motivation is curiosity. Another motivation of his is enjoying life, not to the extent of hedomism or hubris but simply to lead a pleasant existence.

Alec enjoys squash, going so far as to introduce Vivian Skye to the game. He also enjoys watching videos, especially the detested Elyssian moth documentary.
