relic hunters 26: Oh fuck

General Summary

At the start of the session Iandal explained what he knew from being at the side of Ikran as a bodyguard for months. Iandal explained how Ikran seemed to be organizing for the devoted and something big was about to happen. He also said that the lands that they spent in were completely rotten and dead and that Ikran somehow caused it. Iandal said it had to with him having taken those crystals. He took all the crystals and showed how they created a whole, there was only 1 tiny piece missing.
After nearly Dying Eris in the moment asked Lyxsas to marry her, saying she didn't want to wait. Lyxsas agreed and they married right there on the ship, with there being a improvised party with what could be mustered. The next day after the party, the group split up. Lyxsas left with the ship from Ikran with the mercenaries which wanted to leave anyway. Alden, Willow and Siham joined Lyxsas too.
the party devices a plan on how to approach the island, Beorday where Beatriz supposedly was.
The party traveled 5 days towards the island. the party asks the town leader Ergo what is up, he tells them some directions that might help the party. There had been coming a lot of different people to the island recently so the captain might be where they had been gathering. They could also try the smaller town on the other side of town.
the party sees the camp, Leo scouts as a hawk and after some scouting sees Beatriz talk in the camp and then leave. the party follows her, finding the village Ergo described, but it was attacked, being able to see deterioration and death bodies. The party went in with caution. Eris took off her crown and pretended to be blind while the rest hid.
Eris met Beatriz, she offers help to the blind eris. they look around for whoever was with Eris, which said that she was not alone. but Beatriz slowly realises something is wrong. Eris while blind manages to find Beatriz close and paralyze her with a spell, right before her blade reaches Eris her throat as she realized what happened. The rest of the party went to attack. The party slowly drives Beatriz back while she does also deal major blows back. The party drives her into a corner, the session ends and the fight continues next session.
this sessions lasted 5 days of travel ending in the middle of the fight with the captain on the 35th of griffus on the year 532.
