The elves that migrated to Mytaneia developed their own culture that is genreraly seen as a lot more cooperative and open than the other elven cultures. This culture is incredibly old starting when the Iledrye was around from the elves that settled in Mytaneia first. But the culture has stayed around in some form for a long time.
