Esbjorn played a minor part in the Relic hunters campaign. He was a member of The Brass Leviathan who got enchanted. When the party found him to break his curse, they fought him. When it looked like they might succeed, Copy, anoter participant in the fight, killed Esbjorn to absorb him.

• Esbjorn, alongside Beatriz and Iandal, are based on Sea of Thieves characters of his creator and his friends
  • The friend who's character was the basis for Esbjorn found his immediate death in the campaign hilarious
