Delwyn

Delwyn was an NPC that appeared in the Smugglers of magic campaign. He was a major member of the Red revelers, serving primarily as a drugdealer. Delwyn was far more important to the Revelers than his position as a simple drug dealer would imply. Delwyn only had such a low position because Vena kept him there. Delwyn was set to become Vena's 2nd in command, and maybe even be turned into a vampire by Vena. The reason Vena choose not to is because Delwyn was too smart in the eyes of Vena, he worried Delwyn might actually overthrow him if he'd gain too much influence or power.
Delwyn is agressively smart, charismatic and perceptive, he also is fully in it for himself, so Vena likely was right in keeping Delewyn down. He is loyal to the revelers because he believes it to be usefull but if given the opportuniy Delwyn also showed he was ready to ally with enemies to get himself ahead or at the head of the revelers.
During the campaign Delwyn occupied a weird position between potention ally and enemy. He was the person that was initially the face of the revelers to the party, also immediately flirting with Fièn quite a bit (both as a tactic and because he thought she was cute). Later in the campaign when the red revelers were plainly enemies to Smugglers of Magic, the party decided Delwyn needed to die. In an initial attempt they tried to lure him into a date with Fien and kill him, this failed as Delwyn saw through their attempt. Later when the party attacked the Red reveler club, they found him there and killed him.
