This spell functions similarly to Solid Fog, except creatures within, or entering the miasma must make a Wisdom saving throw.

• On a failed save, the creature's Caster Level is reduced by 4, and the DC of their spells is reduced by 2.
• On a successful save, the creature only suffers the normal effects of Solid Fog.

This effect lasts until the spell ends, even after leaving the miasma.
