Saving Throw: Strength/Dexterity - Partial, see text This spell functions similarly to Simulacrum, except for the following changes:
- The simulacrum appears to be a genuine creature to all but its source, who perceives it clearly as an ice statue of itself.
- Is considered a Frost creature.
- Possesses all abilities, properties, and memories of the creature, but its mind is warped to seek the death of its source.
- Constantly using a 9th level Locate Creature spell in an attempt to find its source.
- If the source is outside this range, the simulacrum must use its own cleverness or your advice to track its source.
- The Deception check is made with Advantage.
- You possess a telepathic link to the simulacrum, and may use a Move action to perceive its surroundings as if using Scrying.
- Any spell cast on you and also affect the simulacrum, if within 1 Mile of you.
- On death or destruction, unless due to Fire damage, the simulacrum explodes and deals 8d8 Frost damage in a 20ft radius Burst.
A creature may make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw to halve the damage taken.
Death by Fire damage instead melts the simulacrum harmlessly.
