The chosen area is protected by an Elder Elemental of your choice, which determines the descriptor of the spell.
You must task the spirit with a Trigger Condition, which must involve the protection of the area in some fashion.
The task cannot be so specific as to name unique individuals, or require unseen knowledge.
If the Condition is met, the elemental appears to accomplish its task.
You have no control over the elemental, and depending on its trigger may become a target yourself.
If the elemental completes its immediate task, it vanishes until its condition is met again.
If the elemental is slain, it goes dormant for 1 Day.
The spell can only be dispelled by Disjunction, the extraordinary effects of Divinity, Miracle, or Wish, or by somehow rendering its purpose complete, such as the destruction of a guarded item in the area.
The presence of the elemental can be discerned by an overwhelming aura of conjuration magic, or the True Seeing spell viewing a hazy silhouette of the elemental wandering the area peacefully.
