Lady Vercixdovdere is a White Western dragon that resides in a mountain known as the "Lair of the White." She is a benevolent dragon that only wished to raise her clutch in peace ,after her mate's death. To a select few, she is seen as an oracle and a source of reason and logic within Bellings.
She is an older dragon that has seen many years alive. Her voice is said to be that of a caring grandmother. She often sends a disciple of Winter to the cities to help her restock and survive.

Disciples of Winter
The Disciples of winter are a monastery of mixed races that wish to study and train their mind and body under Lady Vercxi's wisdom. This is an order that usually is made of humans, but has a few beastmen within their ranks too. She teaches the ways of life and the Flow of Magic to a select few. Getting into the order is seen as a test of faith. One must train themselves to be able to survive the harsh winters of Gateway with only their wits and survival training. The location is of course not open to the public. It is guarded by Winter Monks who bar entry to anyone that is not allowed into this home, even local law enforcement are barred.Mental characteristics
Personal history
Lady Vercix is a dragon that is almost as old as Gateway itself. She grew up and hatched around these locations, seeing that human settlements were popping up all over the place. She took it to herself to protect these young tribes against mother nature, who threw everything at them. She established her lair on a mountain within Bellings, to keep herself safe and away from the dangers that came up to harm her.
It took a few centuries before she actively went out to help develop the nations of Gateway again. The Humans were fighting each other, and this would en up ruining the great world that she already had claimed as her own. She came across tribes and human nations fighting each other for resources. These wars would not end, until she had to put a claw down on. She took it upon herself to destroy and get in the way of major Military installations and hardware. Using her majesty and power to force her 'children' to get along.
After Several wars, Lady Vercix ultimately demanded peace, or risk eradication by a great blizzard, something she didn't want to do, but the nations would not agree with each other. She took it upon herself to kidnap the leaders of these kingdoms, and forced them to get along. Claiming that people needed to be united just like the Combined Empire before them, to live long and prosper. Eventually the kings agreed to peace, and the Unified Gateway Front alliance was created, with Lady Vercix being the shadow behind the human council.
