Starhold Kennig

The second Mayor of Vesper under Gaia 19, Starhold Kennig's reign was mostly unremarkable, having continued the principles of High Liberalism initiated by his predecessor, Andro Egveidt. Kennig is best remembered for his erratic behavior toward the end of his second term, resulting in several humiliating public gaffs. Although the cause of his death was never confirmed, it is widely believed he was suffering from a degenerative mental disorder.
