Reform Loccism

One of the four major sects of Loccism, Reformism can be found throughout Gaia Protarkas and is even followed by some of the Cith of the Sea of Hope.
All sects of Loccism worship the Seas as a metaphor for enlightement, but Reformism is considered a more liberal belief system, centered more around community and social morality than a clearly-defined doctrine. Many have compared it to Vesper's Church of Perpetual Motion, whose tennets are so amorphous as to be practically nonexistent.
