Council of Wisemen

An advisory body assembled by Jovannan the Wise, the Council of Wisemen wrote many of the laws that govern Vesper today. They are best known, however, for installing Ristacia Caldoron as the interim governor in Vesper's earliest days.
The Council of Wisemen was dissolved by Andro Egveidt in '11, shortly after the establishment of the Vesperian City Council in '10. Many of the Wisemen would be appointed to the State Chamber as it expanded.
