Wreque
Is a large city on the cost of the Valyifar region, founded in 1016 of the Free Era It is run by a council of lords, each one representing a district, group, organization, or facet of the cities population and industry. The most well known and influential of them include the dwarf Hjoldahr Mountainbraid who represents the Cities Guardsmen,the Water Genasi Zylwynn ‘Soak’ Farriver who represents the various merchants and sailors in the cities ports, and the Gnome Welkini Ricklepockle who represents the interests of a number of the Arcane Colleges in the city. Among the lords is also Suit , a warforged who represents an Adventurer and Mercenary guild in the cities council.
It is comprised of many districts, each with its own representative in the Council and branch of the City Guard.
Districts
The city of Wreque is made up of many districts. Some of the known districts include Ironheart, Magewood, Foothill, and the Council District, as well as many others. Each district has its own bylaws and focus, acting as small towns within the city. Some districts even have distinct architecture, and are Independently Administrated, meaning they govern themselves and are only subject to certain Council Law, not the general law.Council District
The Council District is the seat of the cities council. It serves as a political and governmental capital. It has it's own branch of the city guard that is considered second only to the Gate Guardians in authority.Ironheart District
The Ironheart District is home to Ironheart Manor and the Knights of the Wrequeners. It is an Independently Administered District, and is governed by Korr Hatcher and Volvreg Shred, with Lieutenant Commander, Guardian of the Gate, Hammer of Wreque Zeki Creed, and Emmitt Pierce as their second in commands.Magewood District
The Magewood District is a densely packed district dominated by spires, towers, and obelisks. Home to Wreque's many Schools and Colleges of magic and research, it is a bustling, always active place with many rumors about it from residents of near by districts, some more fanciful, some more truth. Like the Ironheart District, it is an Independently Administered District, with the Grandmagos Galdramaður Draoi acting as a governor for the area, with each school 's Archmagos in charge of their own school's governing.Foothill District
A mainly residential and shopping district in the cities North East, it is marked with small foothills that serve to keep the residents of the homes on them physically higher then their neighbors.
