Council Lords

The Council Lords of Wreque are the ruling body for the city.

Structure

The Council is comprised of Hereditary Nobility and Title Nobility. Hereditary Nobility are those who inherit their titles, and Title Nobility are those who were appointed their title.
Every member has a base voting power of 1, and represents a noble family, organization, district, or lobbying interest within the Council. The basic voting member is a Title Lord and Baron. 
A Council Lord who has a rank above the basic has a voting power .25 higher then the rank lower. (A Baron has a voting power of 1, a Viscount has a voting power of 1.25, a Count 1.50, A Marquee 1.75, etc). 
When voting on a topic directly involving their represented groups, as determined by the neutral party that is the Mace Bearer, the Council Lords voting power is double.

Public Agenda

The Council Lords publicly decree that they will do all they can to advance their represented group's interests.
