Adric Cielli is an officer in the Knights of the Wrequeners , usually acting as the Librarian when not on a job. He is also the head of the Cielli Family, but has appointed Moritia Cielli as the representative for the family in the Council Lords
History
Prestory
At some point in his past, Adric performed a prank so egregious to its victim, that they split from his family to form the Starflight family. This same prank also lead to Adric being formally and legally barred from performing pranks within the city limits.
