Black Talons
Structure
The power structure of the Black Talons can be loosley described as a pyriamid scheme with Xun at the top. He has seven lieutenants that serve under him and each on runs their own 'Branch' of the orginaization with little interference from Xun. The trickle of power continues from there, until you get to the bottom with the bandit like henchmen
Public Agenda
The Black Talons are well known for being a group of 'Organized Bandits', but are offically known as a Mercenary company and do take on jobs as the latter from time to time. Even with their rather unscrupulous conduct they pride themselves in always getting the job done.
Assets
Their wealth and influence are both staggering and concerning for the majority of people, with their top brass gaining access to artifacts that would only be obtainable with the power and money the Talons have
