King Kevin Proudbuck
A human man aged 51, became king after succesfully negotiating peace with the Sea-faring folk of the southern isle after a devestating battle that had led to great losses on both sides.
Through his charismatic personality and his skills in diplomacy, together with the wealth the duchy of the buck possesed he was able to bring together the different duchies under a single banner. and when several years later he was able to negotiate a cease-fire with kalred after they had failed to siege the foxhole he further solidifeid his position.
When he was 30 years of age, he was gifted with a daughter, Sarah Proudbuck . However his wife did not survive the child birth. Then when only a few years later they emerged victorious at the storm over humility, Kevin grew tired of war and the death it brought. He vowed he would bring peace to the citizens of the duchies and in his new revelations he found new faith in the goddess mystra.
He led a diplomatic mission to the southern islands, their former friends but current aggressors together with his father. Unfortunately his father would be killed during a pirate raid out on sea. But with determination he set on to achieve his goal.
When he returned, he returned with a message of peace and riches and through his achievements, he was crowned king.

Personal history
Growing up during an age of war, kevin was exposed to many truths of war. Being raised by a strict an oppressive father, who appeared to have almost a lust for battle.
And like his father, he was to be trained in the teachings of the soulknife. A power inhereted through their bloodline.
He was loyal to his father and his ideals, he trained for war and the strenght of their kingdom. His heart did not fualter, not untill the day his daughter was born. A blessed day and a cursed day. A complication in birth required the doctors to perform surgery and unfortunatly, his wife did not survive.
Kevin was lost for a short time, untill he found mystra through one of her clerics, Victoria Benedict. Kevin devoted himself to Mystra and became a cleric himself. And through her guidance he aspires peace for the 4 duchies.
His father however, stubborn in his ways refused to listen to kevin's pleas to find a way to make peace with the southern isle's, this untill the war reached it's peak in the battle know as the storm over humility.
Here Kevin and his father fought with the other lords as a last stand agains the southern islands who had decided to launch an invasion into the duchy of the fox. A bloody battle with heavy casualties on both sides. It was at the end of this battle where kevin showed his true strength.
he parlayed with the captain of one of the last remaining ships of the southern islands and managed to start a path to peace between the southern islands and the 4 duchies. and shortly after an expedition was launched to the southern islands. A fleet of 3 ships left to the southern islands, lead by kevins father.
During this expedition, kevin and his father would argue allot on how to handle the peace meetings. Unfortunatly, Ronin would meet his end when a fleet of the pirates of icekeep attacked the expedition. The Expedition would emerge victorious and continue on it's path towards The Southern Islands.
Even with having to deal with grief of losing his father, Kevin Proudbuck managed to make peace with The Southern Islands and set up advantageous traderoutes between the 2 nations.
Once returned he was crowned king and has managed to keep peace within it's kingdom ever since.
Education
As a child was taught by tutors from the churhes of Sylvanus and Sune.
As an adult he changed towards the teachings of Mystra and became a devoted Cleric.
