Also known as simply "the Representatives"

"The Representatives... what does it take to become one?"

It was such a simple question that it gave his teacher pause. It had been so long since a new Representative was needed, it didn't happen within her lifetime that was for sure, that she didn't actually remember.

"To start with, a Representative must already be in a leadership position within the Race they're representing." She wasn't sure it was true, sure, all current Representatives were also the heads of their respective races Galactic Community branches, or just the head of that Race's prominent government branch, but that didn't mean it was required.

"It takes... to be honest, Jami, I don't remember what it takes beyond leadership skills. I think it varies per race, have you tried looking on Galnet-2?"
