Cherryroth is often considered by many to be the trading capital of the world. The heads of the 7 tribes of Maganoasia consider Cherryroth to be neutral grounds, heavy sanctions being set upon any who break this rule.
Built upon the coast and prospering due to its central position in the world, Cherryroth has been sacked and rebuilt more times than can be counted. This can be seen in its architecture, different styles, some spanning millennium in age are spread throughout the city.
Demographics
People of all backgrounds can be found within Cherryroth's walls. While some discriminate against humans due to the slavery they undured during time of the Catran Empire, many only care how much gold you can offer, or the work you can provide. This has led to even some of the most, detested races, finding a home within Cherryroth.
Government
Considered as neutral grounds, Cherryroth is the main area of operation for many of the clans within Maganoasia. It's neutrality is held through the many binding contracts that The Blood Quill holds. These contracts prevent any clan from directly acting against another clan while within the city limits.
Infrastructure
Cherryroth, while a large city, is cleaned daily by slaves. Water is procured from the nearby sea using a combination of magic and basic aqueducts, while nearby farms and imports sustain the population.
