Flotsam Town
In the misty Between, a town has sprung up: Flotsam Town. Fragments of worlds tied together, and buildings of all sorts lie upon its asymmetrical surface. No one remembers when it was built, but now its a port for travelers and refuge for those lost.
Industry & Trade
There are three main industries that keep Flotsam going: the docks, construction, and fishing.
As the biggest population in the Between, all trade inevitably flows through its docks. All manner of vessels land here, and if something exists, one can find it here. Some will barter their way into town, and others will craft great things from the fragments.
Continually expanding, workers are always needed to grow the city's borders. World fragments must be hauled into position, and then attached to the existing town. Outlying buildings often have flimsy boards connecting it to the town, but overtime, the city grows over it.
Those who live here more long-term are the fishers. On the bottom edges of town, they will cast their lines into the mists, and reel in treasures. (And sometimes space whales.)
