Half Elves
Walking in two worlds but truly belonging to neither, half-elves combine what some say are the best qualities of their Elf and Human parents: Human curiosity inventiveness, and ambition tempered by the refined intense love of nature and artistic tastes of the Elves. It's an uncommon combination, as most elves choose not to have children outside of their own race and people, but it happens on occasion on the borders of their civilizations. Half-elves will adapt to the culture that raised them.
Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2, and two other ability scores of your choice each increase by 1. (you can chose to take an Elf ability from Elf Origin instead of the +1 to 2 other ability scores).
Age. Half-elves age at much the same rate as humans, reaching adulthood at the age of 20. They live much longer than humans, however, often exceeding 180 years.

Half-Elf Versatility: Choose one of the following traits
- Skill Versatility: you gain two skills of your choice
- Cantrip: (Hoshi Elf): You know one cantrip of your choice from the wizard spell list. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for it.
- Mask of the Wild: (Midori Elf): You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured by foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, mist, and other natural phenomena.
- Ake Magic: (Ake Elf): You know the Dancing Lights cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast Faerie Fire once, and it recharges after a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast Darkness once, and it recharges after a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
- Swim Speed: (Umi Elves): You have a swimming speed of 30 feet.
- Fey Step: (Yōsei Elf): As a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. Once you use this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest. When you reach 3rd level, your Fey Step gains an additional effect based on your season; if the effect requires a saving throw, the DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier.
- Dark Fey Step: (Kage Elf): As a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. Once you use this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. Starting at 3rd level, you also gain resistance to all damage when you teleport using this trait. The resistance lasts until the start of your next turn. During that time, you appear ghostly and translucent.
- Blessings of the Életfa Tree: (Yoru Elf): You know the Light cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast Sleep once, and it recharges after a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast Invisibility (Self Only) once, and it recharges after a long rest. You do not need the material components required of the spells. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
