Beilish
Beilish was a Changeling who suffered immense persecution and was wanted by the Kohaarteba Empire, and later in the seven kingdoms known as The United. He was known for espionage and inciting war before developing a mass of wealth and power. Though he hated humans for abandoning him, he also hated the fey who had left him in the material plane. Despite his hatred, it was believed that he made a deal with Baba Yaga and did most of his work under her command. He was nearly impossible to catch. When he did leave the Kohaarteba Empire, the territories had torn each other apart. He vanished as quickly as he came before it was discovered he had taken control over the islands of Sakhira. He declared the land independent and a refuge for all Changelings or anyone persecuted. Many say it was the Court Civil Wars that lead to the rise of the Mandate of Saat and development of the creation of The United after the Treaty of the Seven.
