History

Originally built as a manor home for a wealthy pirate, pre-Collapse, it was converted into an inn between c2285-c2286 which was called The Shrouded Wanderlust. It was partially ruined during the Collapse and rebuilt with an expansion following the Shadow War in c2297, renamed The Wanderlust Inn and was part of redlighting the Waterfront District. It served as a brothel for a number of years until around c2302 when it was raided as part of Katalina Sanabria's efforts to clean out the city. It sat abandoned for a decade or so and was remodeled in c2313 by Edmond Akkina and renamed the Modern Stars Inn. It closed for several seasons in c2322 following the death of Edmond Akkina, but was re-opened by his widow, Eniola shortly afterward and has remained in constant operation ever since.
