Physical Description
General Physical Condition
A stout, no-nonsense evisten woman with a matronly air. She has luxurious nut brown hair with streaks of natural gold running through it, but she typically wears it up in a tight bun covered by a chrocheted white hair bun cover. Her greenish skin is smooth and her infrequent smile is luminous, but she's been serving rough seafarers and Veiled Guild members so long she has the bearing of someone who is already completely sick of your shit no matter how recently she met you and will suffer exactly zero fools.
Apparel & Accessories
Eni wears simple homemade cotton dresses colored with unassuming, simple dyes in faded earth tones (tans, faded pinks, desaturated yellows, etc) over which she always wears a thin white linen apron with embroidered ruffles sewn onto the straps. She has six of these aprons exactly and they cost her what felt like an extravagant amount each so she's very careful not to stain, rip, or burn them.
She wears simple leather sandals and is nearly always holding either a bowl of something she's mixing together, a tray of drinks or plates to serve to someone, or a basket of laundry.

Personal history
Born just before The Collapse in a tiny hamlet far to the south, her parents were among those who first identified the threats to pre-Collapse ways of life and spirited Eniola to a remote shelter deep in the Hampvern Woods. As more cities, towns, and villages were raided and destroyed, Eniola's parents' small shelter became a refuge and then later a base of operations during the Shadow War. One of the fellow refugees was a young human named Edmond and the two formed a lasting, lifelong bond as they hid and played in the cave system. When the Shadow War ended, the two were separated for a time but they reconnected after several years of Edmond traveling around Feodris in 2306. They spent the next three years traveling together and eventually married in 2309 and settled on Grasmere Island where they used the last of Edmond's inheritance to buy an abandoned brothel which they converted together into an Inn. They worked side-by-side until Edmond's death in 2322.
Grief-stricken at the loss of the love of her life, Eniola nearly allowed the Inn to be repossessed but decided to steel herself and run it alone and has been doing so ever since.

A devout worshipper of Zeditia, Goddess of the Sea, Eni fancies herself as someone doing the goddess's work by serving sailors in a seaside city on an island just north of Zeditia's Finger.
Mannerisms
Eniola is always on the move, a constant to-do list a mile long running through her head at all times. She's quick to interrupt long-winded patrons, and rushes everywhere, constantly wiping sweat from her temples with the ruffles on her apron straps.
Hobbies & Pets
Eni owns an ancient pony named Ladigo and a ragged tabby cat named Curry who roams the Modern Stars Inn freely and is prone to swiping at anyone who tries to pet, pick up, or otherwise interact with it. Eni doesn't even know what sex the cat is, and she begrudingly feeds it twice a day.

Speaks with a light Irish lilt in a matter-of-fact, no-nonsense sort of tone.
