Third Shard of the Astral Diamond
The Third Shard of the Astral Diamond is a shard of the Astral Diamond. This shard corresponds with the divine gift of Constitution.
Soora Huine, upon contact with the shades attached to her weapon Obsidian, witnessed a vision of the legendary mountain Primordius Mons and what appeared to be some sort of giant.
When the Ring & Wren travelled to Primordius Mons, they found they giant dead, but its disembodied hand still lived on through the power of the shard. Once the disembodied hand was defeated, the shard was collected by Jäger Ironbeard and given to Amari of the Ring and Wren. Amari passed the shard into the possession Kohinoor Sattari when he had the opportunity to use the Fourth Shard of the Astral Diamond instead.

While you hold or wear this shard you gain the following benefits:- Increase your Constitution modifier by +1.
- You gain proficiency in Constitution saving throws. If you already have proficiency in Constitution saving throws, then you instead gain advantage in Constitution saving throws.
- When you are stabilized you immediately heal 1 hitpoint and regain consciousness.
Regeneration: You automatically heal 20 hitpoints at the start of each of your turns. You also regrow any lost limbs over the course of 1d4 days. Astral Endurance: When you are hit by an attack and take damage, you channel the power of the Third Shard and can choose to ignore that damage. Once you use this feature, you must complete a long rest before using it again.
