Governor Gerdemaine
Gerdemaine was the governor appointed to negotiate the annexation of Felstadt into the Stalic Empire. He tried working with the Ring & Wren to find a peaceful solution to the Storm Giant Refugees taking up residence in Felstadt's Steeling Grounds.
