Scourge of the Groves

Once, every 100 years, under a harvest moon, a gnoll of exceptional intelligence is born. This gnoll, blessed by gods demons or both, will bring a great blight onto the land of the Halflings. Ekx is such a gnoll, who quickly whipped his lay about brothers into a true war brood. Ingeniously, he deducted that if he raided an area too often, adventurers would come to kill him, and that would in fact be not good. With a mighty whip, he would push his fellow warriors into the mountains and would make sure that his raids would be on villages very far away as to not raise suspicion. Because of his evasive tactics and careful sneaking, none have been able to find his realm.

Haphazard Trapmaker

Not only has Ekx gained a name for his many tactics, but he shone quite the expertise in making complex traps of malicious intent. From exploding tripwires to falling logs, his maniacal creations get more and more complex with each iteration. It is said, that one can't take a step through the mountains without falling for Crackedsnags traps.
