Caelfall
A small and quiet town, built on the banks of the The Dark River, close to the edge of the Diamond Creek Cascades. The town is settled up in the Blackrun Mountains. The town is supplied by merchants and a few small farms around the village. All the buildings in Caelfall are made out of wood and thatch, except for the Inn , The Hawk & Haberdasher, and the Mayor's house.
Demographics
Caelfall's population is made out of mostly Gnomes and Halflings.
Government
The town is run by an old and strict Mayor, Sana Breeza, an old female white haired gnome.
Defences
The town is surrounded by a small stone wall, to keep animals out.
Industry & Trade
The town itself lives off the land and what they manage to buy from merchants and traders. They do export and exquisite Gnomish red wine, called Deep Ruby, which is where most of the money in town comes from.
Infrastructure
The town does have a small port, mostly used for fishing, or travelling upstream.
Guilds and Factions
The town is run by the mayor and a select few older and senior residents, which call themselves the Circle of Elders.
Architecture
The town is made out of red oak planks, from the nearby woods, and with stone cut from the dwarves that live close by in Dhum Balduhr.
Geography
The town is fed by The Dark River, which supplies the town with fish. Other than that, the area is very mountainous and rocky, due to being so far up in the Blackrun Mountains.
Natural Resources
The town does use wood from the forest, which is made out of spruce and oak trees. The town and it's blacksmith trades metal with the dwarves from Dhum Balduhr.
