the city on the edge of the dividing mountains and the center of porondar's military. a city of the army most of the army isn't trained in this city but a lot is stationed here, not only soldiers but also a lot of the army's aquipment is here, mostly to show power to erindan a bit.

the laws are just the same as stormrend. the one's holding up these laws are 2 families of nobles. the gardhem and shopil family. both noble families are also generals and officirs within porondar's army. the gardhem family have been native porondians since the start of the country, the shopil family are immigrants from dragia that joined porondar at the time of arthur pendragon and now are a noble family here.

Defences

the city is well defended. up to the mountains of the city is a stronghold where both the noble family's and higher up's of the city live. the rest of the city is also parted in parts to make taking the entire city hard. right outside the city walls is a moat there then are some outside houses. there is a second moat around the houses outside the walls.

Infrastructure

the city is well kept and really structured. this city doesn't allow random building and the city has a grit controlled system to it. it's easy to memorize and allows fast travels for the soldiers should battle happen in the city.
