the world of imprisoned gods. once gods roamed the land now all that is left are the scars of their battles and their creations. life is leading it's own way with the gods evil and good now only watching from afar and while the good gods have this as shosen exile the evil gods see this as a imprisonment to be broken. with what influence they have across the world they are trying to free themselves from this. from athlenas and stormrend the 2 continents in the center of most the trouble to the more far of continents that don't have the scars of battle of old.   the world has been sundered by gods in the start they came in as formless beings they had been given form by the worship of their creations. at the start killing the primordials. in that war most gods gave in to chaos and evil switching sides to destroy this world as wel to move on. however eventually the good gods that were left prevailed with the help of their worshippers who they gifted magics.   the age of magics and prosperity. started after the war the first great citieis and empires were made and the unrestricted arcane magics gave power to humans. however over time corruption started growing and quarrels started happening. in this time a powerfull wizard managed to use magic to turn herself into a god and kill the god of death to replace him. another wizard attemted this with the help of the betrayer deities who after being let into the world again instead made him a slave and plunged the world into a new war. a war that destroyed and scarred the world destroying all that had been built up the war is called the sunder war or war of sunder.   after this war the 1 big was left nearly fully destroyed however 1 wizard vengefull for the world opened a portal to allow the devils in the world to subjugate this world in order for power. he got his power but was also subjugated himself. however the portal that was made split the big continent into the devil island, athlenas and stormrend
