The nation of A'ramel Alshiu joins the Empire as it's second province

The desert elves of A'ramel Alshiu and the Empire had formed trade deals for several years after the war. Though converting the nation to dualism proved unsuccessful due to their very anti-religious attitude, the Empire was able to use it's trade routes to establish a close enough relationship that the deal for the nations to join forces was proposed.
