Empress Maradis N'illum is Assassinated

During the attack on the capital, the Empress is assassinated by Vahit.

The cloaked figure and a small group of elite shades intercept the team escorting the empress and her daughter to safety. The Empress's guards are easily taken out by the other shades, allowing the cloaked figure to approuch the empress. He reveals himself as Vahit and proceeds to decapitate the Empress.   However when looking for the Princess, he finds she has ran off out of sight. In reality, when the others were initially being attacked, a young guard member to it upon himself to run off with the princess and hide her.
