Unspoken Words

And God said, "Let there be Light." And there was light.

The Unspoken Words are the words of creation. The unspoken words is the True Names of the universe in action. They were the words used to create reality and the universe by God himself. They are unbelievably powerful and tap into the very foundations of the universe. Costing almost no mana from those who use them, the mana around them reacts, as though hearing the words as orders and obeying.
However, using the Unspoken words is highly limited and unlikely. Mortals cannot use them under normal circumstances as they can't be taught, learned, recorded, or repeated. The few Mortals that do use them do so by luck.
Higher ranking angels have some access to the words. Seraphim and Cherubim have the greatest access but rarely use them as they are often too powerful for the need. Ophanim have the lowest access, often only being able to use their domain of control, but use them regularly to maintain reality. Lower ranking angels have almost no ability to use them, and mortals likewise are never expected to use it.

Manifestation

Shockwaves of mana will ripple out from the source of the words, the user will use almost none of their own mana reserves in the process. Reality will suspend itself to do as the words demanded temporarily, and the effects will often linger in that area or on the target for a while afterwards. Particularly powerful effects will cause mana in the immediate vicinity to disappear as all mana is being used for the effect of the words.

It is often suggested that there is an Unspoken Name for all living creatures and souls. An equivalent to the Unspoken word that represents a singular entity or creature, but these have never been confirmed and the Angels refuse to confirm or deny their existence.
