Two-weapon Fighter

Two-weapon Fighters can hypothetically get the highest damage output in the game using Bleed damage, but sacrifice accuracy to do so. It is best suited to be paired with a Master of Weapons DPS, but if using a Whip as one of the weapons it can also be used well with the Master of Weapons CC.
