You may make an attack with an off-hand weapon. Your attack gets 1/2 its STR bonus to damage, but the normal penalties for both main and off-hand Attack Rolls is reduced by 2
Normal one-handed goes from -4/-4 to -2/-2, Normal and Light goes from -2/-4 to 0/-2, and two light or unarmed goes from -2/-2 to 0/0
