If you have successfully hit an opponent this turn, you may spend a PP to gain a Free Attack Action against that same target.
You may choose to use STR, DEX or CON as your Spellcasting Stat (goes to Summon Magic, Alteration Magic, Guild Magic and Spell Save DCs).
