Stimpak Willy

William "Stimpak Willy" Landon was the first and only president to be elected as leader of the short-lived proto-government known as the Coalition of Cascadia Reborn. He was a native of Irvington before helping to found and eventually lead the coalition of settlements under both Scavs and Locals. His brief term is generally known as a favorable period for Portland, as his leadership saw the establishment or uplifting of several major settlements in the city, as well as a successful military campaign to drive back the invading force of the Super mutant Unity remnant that arrived in Cascadia shortly after his election. His was one of the many lives believed lost on the night of the COCR's great sabotage, where the organization's headquarters was obliterated by an unknown saboteur during an all-hands meeting at Moda Garden. Fifteen years on there are few alive who speak of the COCR, let alone their president, so Stimpak Willy and his legacy are quickly being relegated to history as a brief but bright footnote in the long and bloody memoire of Cascadia.
