Session 5: Vertibird Down

General Summary

The party follows two Vertibirds that cross west to east across the park at the eastern shore of Manhattan, north of the United Nations building and find a fallen Vertibird. The Vertibird is guarded by two Institute Synths that are attacked by a band of feral ghouls.
The party manages to locate a survivor, Noah Miller , who was a slave of the The Institute on an Offshore platform.
The party rescues the hurt survivor, evades the Synth patrol and vertibirds currently being overwhelmed by the feral ghouls and enter the city.
Minutes afterwards the party is attacked by a small band of 5 Feral ghouls that they manage to dispatch rather efficiently. During the scuffle Noah's quick reflexes save Careena from a falling from the sky ghoul and the rest manage to dispatch the creatures quickly but not before Careena McKennith and Rosemary "Rose" Gray get irradiated by their attacks for the first time.
The party continues back to the farm and leave Noah there for the night, they they proceed back to the Vault 69 .
The next day the Vaulters return to Simon's Farm and leave with the convoy in order to reach The Battery.
About half an hour before they reach the gates of The Empire the party encounters for the first time a Brotherhood of Steel Knight.
