Minutemen Ranger Corps
Structure
Rangers are specialized to work alone or in small squads so lack a conventional field command structure, the Head Rangers oversee all rangers and deploys them where the minutemen need them. The only other officers are designated squad leaders and 2-3 rangers chosen to assist the head ranger in dispatching.
Culture
The Rangers have strong frontier and tribal influences, they operate as a family and as such attract many people who don't feel they fit into the fastly changing commonwealth. These include Raiders craving liberation from civil society, ex mercenaries, and other misfits. Their moral compass is held by the highest-ranking rangers preaching justice and atonement, in the harsh wasteland the best you can do is set things straight and pay your dues. Though they may be liberated from polite society their moral fiber is held above all else, even victory.
