Military Records identify by her armor. The body of the Mad Warcaster was identified as Commander Meredith. Little is known of her family as she was adopted by the military to be raised up in special units. Her magical talents flushed and were moved to the arcane war college. She would be assigned to a ghost unit that would infiltrate and disrupted enemy positions. However she would be protected in the military as most of her "outbursts" was left unpunished, However was expelled from the war college ground for unethical experiments. Her troop movements after that point are unknown and further detail of her military record has been lost. Information that is known is she was a powerful warcaster and a smart one too. As she was able to decipher older draconic dialects, she has a strong knowledge of anatomy and machinery. She was able to create an alchemical cure for Lycanthropy and was able to successfully make a hybrid of living and machine Steamjack. However, in the process of this knowledge, she committed several atrocities to her victim and was evidence of practicing cannibalism.
She was killed in battle with agents of the Lord Council.
