Daratha Shendrel is high elf who as taken residence in Triboar.  A skill scribe and bureaucrat she quickly got into the local politics.  As this area is under the fiefdom of the King and Queen, the local government is elected.   Dartha Shendrel ran and won her election and now is the the Lord Protector of Triboar and the surrounding villages nearbuy.  Lord Protector is just a fancy name for mayor but does hold weight to for as long as she elected she treated as a noble.
