Arthur Johannsen was not born into nobility it was earned by loyalty to his friend, king and country. Arthur was soldier for Iboria and an officer during the bloody reign of Vinter Kalistar. During this time he became friend and even a confidant of Vegard Kalistar where they both gather force to stage a coup against Vinter. It was Arthur to came up with the plan to stage the by using the king and councils army. As two thirds of the guard was made of Lord Council and Royal guard. Vinter Inquestional force would be out match before 1st royal army could support. Vegard would get the Royal guard and the council to side with him. The coup was successful in remove Vinter from power. However he would escape and noble woman was killed. Arthur was struck by the kingslayer blade during the fight when he jump in the way to take the blow for Vegard. Arthur would alway feel the wound for the rest of his time as he often cough up blood. He was awarded small barony and continue to be a friend of the King. During the King own wedding he would serve as the best man during the King Honor Guard. He would later become a member of the house of lords and eventually the Viceroyal. He is dedicated to his country and his position and when his friend and king was assassinated. He now securing the throne for the queen and securing and her safety is now the highest priority to the empire. His diplomatic skills and some luck as adventures were able stop Vinter from reclaiming his throne back and keeping a powerful artifact out of his hands. This help event did buy a little faith in the queen from the nobles.

Arthur prefers to wear light armor and almost uniform. He see himself a soldier first and noblemen second. So hit outfit is a well made padded gibson in white. With gold trim. He wear a cloak of light blue and a sash of his station. He carries fine longsword on his hip.
