Lavish
This once abandoned castle is now the epicenter of a growing town, defended by a castle and a powerful martial arts school.
Defences
The city is host to a castle with a 3,000 man military company and their families, as well as various housekeeping staff, clergymen and worshipers. In total, the castle is home to approximately 4,500 people. There is, near the outskirts of the city, a large dojo with extremely well trained warriors numbering about 50. In addition, the town surrounding the castle is home to an addition 9,000 permanent residents, with an additional 5,000-6,000 travelers at any given time. There are early warning wards set up around the coast, forests, etc around the city to warn the defenders of intruders, though it has largely been limited to areas that people do not typically cross from.
History
A long abandoned castle originally created to combat pirates. Its somewhat remote location and the bombardment it took from enemy ships left little reason for anyone to attempt to rebuild it. Until the Cult of the Dragon was pushed out of the surrounding city states. Although they had put some effort into building up the site, it was mostly for defensive purposes rather than function ones, and they had intended to use it as a war camp before going onto further raids until a party of adventurers cleared out the cult, and used it as their own military base to rent out various mercenary services.
Since then, a large number of workers had been imported into the city, pushing to develop it as another major trade hub for the area. Due to the decline of their neighbors, Westgate and Elversult, it has flourished in this role. It serves primarily as a trade node, a rest point for those coming from the sea of stars before moving further inland towards the Swords Coast. In addition, it is the site of both a new martial discipline and religious sect.

Points of interest
The bustling town is home to a swordsmanship school known as the Silver Flame Blade School, and is known as the birth place of the minor god, Mirkram. Most residents of this town worship him, though his influence is fairly limited outside the area.
