Population Migration / Travel

The party arrives in Trentenkirk to a mob of angry citizens and word of attacks nearby.

After spending a number of days on the road the group arrived in the busy town of Trentenkirk just south of Oberrun. While the town was busy with tradesmen and passing caravans the group noticed a large crowd of gathered citizens around the local Field Warden. When questioning a few people about the situation they were told stories of oversized creatures nearby that had been attacking the farms on the edge of town stemming from the abandoned Night's Eye Fortress.   Presenting her Taloned Reach crest, Nox was able to secure a bounty of 200 gold pieces for taking care of the situation if the Field Warden was able to cancel the call for reinforcements from Oberrun. While Aegis and Belomar spent time in the bar they heard tell of a large man with studded metal that had passed through as well heading in the same direction as the fortress a few days prior.   With a heading in front of them the group packed up just as quickly as they arrived and headed to the Nights Eye Fortress to find Martuun and find the source of the corrupted creatures.
