Session 6-7

Having had a nights rest, the party goes to leave early in the morning. Leaving the excavation site the party is immediately confronted by a large pack of orcs. In moments, the group is surrounded and they are starting to feel overwhelmed when they all hear the roar and giant wind flaps of a dragon. The dragon drops low, blows out a freezing breath, and before their eyes, 2 orcs freeze solid while another is swept away, screaming, in the claws of the giant beast. With only a couple of orcs left, and looking pretty deflated, Balasar takes a hit from an axe and falls unconcious. With her quick thinking, Thia rushes over and speaks some words as Balasar seems to regain a bit of life. The remaining orcs quickly fall, but not without leaving some serious injuries to the group.

Umbridge Hill

Balasar asked to make a quick detour by Umbridge Hill on the way back to Phandalin. Once there, he talked to the herbalist about extracting the poison from his quills. She was only able to get poison from 1 of them, but it was enough to poison the tips of 10 arrows.

Phandalin

A quick stop by the Miner's Camp where Balasar had some +1 arrows made with the remainder of his quills.
